• Site Acquisition - At Insite we provide more than the basic lease acquisition and delivery service. We negotiate leases, licenses, third party agreements, access rights, rights of ways, easement agreements, crossings, statutory right of ways and any other agreements required to commence the development of the site. Strategic planning and project management, through municipal approvals and community consultation to site acquisition and administration;
  

• Municipal - we know the local market planning throughout all regions of Alberta, NE BC, NWT and the Yukon, we understand local municipal concurrence vs. the permit process and we successfully participated in over 25 community consultations and open houses throughout Alberta while building relationships with over 50 Alberta municipalities. We have also negotiated and secured approvals on Métis settlements and First Nations lands. Strategic relationships with key landlords and municipal decision-makers throughout Alberta, North East B.C., NWT and the Yukon;
  

• Land Titles - We provide caveat registration services, withdrawals and other like services and we also provide Notary Public services for free;

• Legal - We have in-house ability to draft legal clauses, agreements and possess an in-depth understanding of industry agreements;
